Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy for people who have tried meditation it is simply meditation with a goal. While being in a deeply relaxed trance state, it allows you to tap into your subconscious mind where your issue stems from to reprogram or re-frame your mind to achieve a positive effect emotionally and physically. During hypnosis, you are in the theta brainwave state — the same state experienced during daydreaming, deep meditation, and light sleep. There are some misconceptions about Hypnotherapy being mind control. It is definitely NOT mind control for it to work the first step the client has to be willing to change and let go in order to create a brighter future. You should do hypnotherapy if you want to work on -Release stress and anxiety -Panic attack -Emotional eating -Self confidence and self worth -Inner child healing -Trauma -Weight loss -Quit smoking -Abundance Most importantly, we go into a natural state of trance a minimum of twice a day, all by ourselves; when we wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night. Trance or an altered state of awareness is a natural phenomenon and when used correctly can instantly create safe, lasting changes – unlike other professions, including counseling and psychiatry which can take a longer time. How many sessions required? One- Six sessions some people have a breakthrough in one session mostly when it comes to quit smoking. However with other issues I work with clients 3 sessions to 6 sessions. If you are committed to healing and see long lasting change I would recommend to sign up for 3 sessions and I also have a special price for clients doing 3 sessions above.
