What Is Hypnotherapy?How can you use it for Law of attraction/Manifestation?

Hypnotherapy, also referred to as guided hypnosis, is a form of psychotherapy that uses deep

relaxation, extreme concentration, and intense attention to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness. In other words, it places the individual into a “trance” or altered state of awareness. If you have tried meditation before it's the same feeling, your brain wave in

meditation and hypnotherapy is in the theta brain wave state. In this state your subconscious mind opens this where 95% of your belief system, memories are stored, what you are conscious of is only 5%. For people who have meditated I always simply explain to them that “Hypnosis is meditation with a goal.” -Grace Smith

During hypnotherapy we are giving new positive suggestions directly to your subconscious mind to help re-program what is no longer serving you any purpose anymore. Which is why it's such an effective tool to use for manifestation because before you can actually manifest your desired outcome you need to BELIEVE that you can have it. This is where most people get blocked because consciously a lot of times we are aware that we do not want a certain kind of relationship pattern anymore or that low paying job but somehow we keep ending up in the same pattern even though you don’t want it.

But it's because of your deep rooted subconscious beliefs which can stem from childhood, how you were brought up, watching your parents relationship, what was their relationship with money. Growing up did you see your parents struggle? Was it hard for you to get something from your parents? Were you taught that you need to work hard to get something? Did you hear that money is the root of all evil ?Rich people are snobbish? These are just a few examples.

How does it feel to be hypnotised?

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state, we are all in trance many times each day. We all go through a state of hypnosis several times a day when you just wake up, that in between sleep and waking state is a hypnosis state or even when you are just about to go to sleep.

When you are driving to somewhere familiar you know where you are driving you are not thinking about how to get there you “automatically” get there.

When you are reading a book or watching the TV you get so absorbed into it you feel the emotions of the characters at the same time you are aware of your surroundings if the phone rings or the doorbell rings you instantly snap out of that state. Becoming bored or allowing your mind to drift away leads to hypnosis.

That's why the feeling will be familiar. Sometimes i describe hypnotherapy as if you are daydreaming on steroids =)

How deep you go will also depend on how relaxed you allow yourself to be best is to not analyse and really let yourself go which is why building a good rapport with clients is also very important because when the client trusts you they are able to let go more easily.

Hypnosis is a state in which you can think clearly and imagination is active. It's a state where you could move if you wanted to or if there were an emergency but you would rather just remain delightfully relaxed. It's a state in which beneficial ideas can more quickly and easily gain access to the inner mind. And because we all experience trance each day, we can understand just how safe it is.

Recent studies of ultradian rhythms, these are bio-rhythms that are less than one day long, conclude that every 90-120 minutes we pass into a state of physiologically identical to hypnosis. So when you people ask; Can I be hypnotized? The answer is ; You already are.

During hypnosis you will definitely feel very relaxed because it's only when you are relaxed you allow positive changes to happen.As a hypnotherapist i guide you into a deep relaxed state before we start the “work”.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. In other words, the person hypnotizing you is showing you how to achieve hypnosis. Another way of putting this is- you must agree to be hypnotized. During the session you are in full control of your mind and body. It's not magic but it can work like it. Hypnotherapy only works when you as a client want to make positive changes in your life.


A survey spanning three years of more than 1,000 case reports showed hypnotherapy to be more successful than other forms of psychological therapy. The study, conducted by Alfred A. Barrios, formerly of the University of California, found the following average success rates for treatment of psychological issues: psychoanalysis, 38% recovery after 600 sessions; behavior therapy, 72% recovery after 22 sessions; hypnotherapy, 93% recovery after 6 sessions. What is Hypnotherapy used for?

Hypnotherapy is used to treat a wide range of conditions, issues, and unwanted/unhealthy behaviors, such as:

You name it you can literally use hypnotherapy to break habits and it's also an effective tool to manifest things that are for your highest and greatest good into your life.

I have had clients use it to manifest everything from romantic relationships, new jobs, abundance and this is all because we work on clearing the issue that has been blocking you from manifesting.

Personal Story On Hypnotherapy on Law Of Attraction/ Manifesting abundance and romantic partner

I personally did a 21 days Hypnosis for Abundance and was literally blown away by it i remember the second day of doing the abundance hypnosis i was listening to an audio and she slowly adds up a sum of money day by day because you are trying to add new information to your subconscious mind which also needs to be believable.

I was in Hawaii for a workshop in the morning. I was on my second day of Abundance hypnosis in the hypnosis she asked us to visualise that we manifested USD25, I then went about my day and didn't even think about it anymore.

In the evening after our workshop with a group of people from the workshop we decided to do a fancy meal at The Westin Maui watch the sunset. One of the girls on my table saw a bug one her plate since we were sitting outdoors, I'm sure it didn't come from the kitchen. There was nothing on mine. I ordered an appetizer, main course and 2 glasses of wine. The restaurant manager gave all of us a free meal! That means i manifested MORE than USD25 i ended up manifesting USD100. When your subconscious sees this little win it is able to attract even more the following days to come.

Another big thing I manifested using hypnotherapy iis my romantic partner. Through hypnosis I was able to discover the abandonment issue I had from childhood which I didn't realise as my parents didn't purposely abandon me. They sent me to a very good school in another country to study but I was only 5 years old. Your parents are your first love and when I got in touch with my 5 years old self during hypnosis she viewed love as distant and I had a pattern of attracting long distance relationship one after another even though consciously I didn't want it anymore as I don't want to move away from my home country as much as I love traveling, moving was something different BIG! That I just wasn't ready for. Finally after working through that with my inner child and practicing self love, getting clear on what I truly want and deserve I am now happily engaged in a happy healthy relationship.

I have continued to practice hypnotherapy to manifest different things in my life.

In my manifestation course I always teach clients how to practice Self Hypnosis as well. It's a very simple, easy tool to practice everyday. You basically guide yourself into a state of hypnosis and repeat the hypno-affirmation of the goal you would like to achieve 21 times to prepare your mind to be able to see, feel and experience the results you desire which is the main key of manifestation. Is to experience what you want as if you already have it.

Hypnosis Is NOT

Hypnosis is NOT Sleep-In hypnosis you are aware and can hear clearly, infact, hypnosis is a state of increased awareness. In a trance state your hearing may be sharper, you may feel subtler sensations and your imagination and memory are enhanced.

Hypnosis is NOT Mind Control it only works if you want it to, unless you’re under the age of 7

Its primary and original use was not to make people cluck like chickens in a stage show, that's actually Stage Hypnosis which is different from Hypnotherapy. State hypnosis is used for entertainment purposes and the people who have gone up the stage to do what the hypnotist tells them to is because they already subconsciously told themselves that they will, since they volunteered to go up there. If he dragged someone from the audience, do you think that person would be willing and calm enough to enter that trance state? No.

Whereas Hypnotherapy is a therapy.

The pendulum is used by some hypnotherapists to help make your eyes tired so you can easily go into a state of hypnosis and NOT what the Hollywood movies portrayed that its used for making you forget things. For this reason I have chosen not to use this tool just to avoid scaring or making my clients feel nervous in any way.

What you can expect during the session?

I explain the process of hypnosis, what it is and what its not and review your treatment goals. Then I will guide you into a deep relaxation in a gentle, soothing tone and describe images that create a sense of relaxation, security and well-being.

I then go on to teach you how to do self hypnosis which is a tool you will use everyday for a minimum 21 days (according to psychology it takes minimum 21 days to break a habit) to help you to achieve your goals quicker. Remember the more you do the faster you see results. Usually i recommend clients to do it 3 times a day, one when you just wake up, second time in the afternoon and third time before you fall asleep. Morning and evenings are especially effective as you are already naturally in a state of hypnosis. Which means your subconscious mind is opened up. That’s why it's not ideal to read the news or get sucked away into social media first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to bed because you are absorbing everything!

When you're in a receptive state, I will suggest ways for you to achieve your goals, such as reducing pain or eliminating cravings to smoke. In my second/third therapy with clients I also incorporate Parts Therapy/ Inner Child and other tools that are the root cause of your issue. The therapist helps you visualize vivid, meaningful mental images of yourself accomplishing your goals.

When the session is over, the therapist will help guide you back to your full waking consciousness.

Since this is a therapy depending on the layers of your emotions that is challenging you we might need 3-6-12 sessions. Some people have a breakthrough in one session alot of times. It's also your own resistance to change and at times there are parts of us that are resisting the change that you might not be aware of. That's why I also incorporate Parts Therapy in my hypnotherapy sessions.

Contrary to how hypnosis is sometimes portrayed in movies or on television, you don't lose control over your behavior while under hypnosis. Also, you generally remain aware of and remember what happens during hypnosis.

You may eventually be able to practice self-hypnosis, in which you induce a state of hypnosis in yourself. You can use this skill as needed — for instance, after a chemotherapy session.

All hypnotherapy sessions can be done online with new technology like Zoom video call all you need is preferably a noise cancelling headphone being in your own comfort zone can help you relax even deeper and you can save time and energy of traveling to see me but if you prefer in person session I also offer that.
