Hi! I’m Areena,
A Clinical Hypnotherapist, Intuitive Counselor, Reiki Master Teacher, Somatic Family Constellation practitioner and Trauma Therapist certified by Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté.
For over a decade, I’ve guided people through deep transformation, helping them heal trauma, release negative habits, rebuild self-confidence, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Since the age of 15, I have been able to sense and read energy, a gift that has grown into a lifelong calling. Alongside my natural abilities, I trained in Intuitive Counseling with Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine, learning how to weave spiritual guidance with therapeutic methods that empower clients to trust their inner wisdom.

Through somatic hypnotherapy, intuitive counseling, energy work, and Family Constellation techniques, I guide clients into these deeper layers so they can reprogram limiting beliefs and reconnect with their authentic self.
