Hypnotherapy + Somatic Healing

Available online or in person • $250 / 1.5 hrs
This immersive session combines hypnotherapy, somatic healing, and Compassionate Inquiry to create a deep mind–body healing experience. Unlike talk therapy alone, this approach works directly with the subconscious mind and the body, helping you release trauma, reprogram limiting beliefs, and restore nervous system balance.
CLIENTS OFTEN TURN TO THIS SESSION WHEN THEY ARE SEEKING:

Stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
Panic attacks or unresolved trauma
Low self-worth and confidence blocks
Inner child wounds and parental conditioning
Negative patterns around money, love, or expression
Addictions and habits such as smoking or emotional eating
Preparing mind and body for IVF or major life transitions
In a deeply relaxed state, you’ll access the subconscious layers where patterns begin. Guided somatic techniques help the body let go of stored tension and trauma, while hypnotherapy reframes the old narratives that keep you stuck. The result is a safe, powerful reset that helps you step forward with more freedom and strength.
Recommended Approach: A single session offers powerful release and insight. For lasting transformation, 4–10 sessions are recommended, with supportive practices provided between sessions.
To schedule, select your preferred date and time, complete the intake form, and confirm with secure payment. You’ll then receive preparation details so you can enter your session feeling supported and at ease. This is your opportunity to release what has been weighing on you and step into a deeper sense of freedom, balance, and inner strength.
