HOW TO SET YOURSELF UP:

Choose a space where you can be undisturbed. Settle your body in a seated or lying position that feels supportive.

You may wish to have:
 

  • A candle or symbolic object nearb

  • A journal or paper for reflections

  • A glass of water within reach

Silence notifications and reduce distractions.

This experience works best when your attention can rest fully inside.
