This is where your body can finally rest. You’ve already done the brave work of seeing your patterns, now it’s time to soften, to let healing move through you, not just around you.

 

Take a deep breath. Let your shoulders drop. You don’t have to hold it all anymore.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

Make this space yours, quiet, calm, uninterrupted.

If possible, dim the lights or light a candle. Have water nearby, a soft blanket, and your journal within reach. Use headphones for a more immersive experience. Silence notifications so your mind can stay here, in this moment.

 

You may feel emotion rise and fall during this journey. That’s normal, your body is learning it’s safe to release.

After the Journey

When the video ends, sit quietly for a few moments before moving. Write down anything that stood out, emotions, sensations, memories, insights. Drink water. Stretch. Step outside for a few minutes if you can.

 

Healing integrates through presence, not pressure. The shifts may continue to unfold gently over the next few days.

 

If strong emotion comes up later, return to your breath. You can revisit this workshop anytime your body asks for release.
