How This Experience Flows

You’ll begin by grounding into the earth and settling your breath, releasing tension and opening space for energy to move.

 

As the session deepens, you’ll reconnect with your inner child and younger self, softening old patterns with compassion and warmth. You’ll then meet your higher self, the part of you that already knows what’s right for you, and listen to her guidance with trust and presence.

 

Toward the end, you’ll light your candle, speak words of gratitude, and take part in a gentle visualization where old fears dissolve into light, leaving you calm, open, and ready to receive.
