Release & Transform Retreat – Terms & Conditions ✨
Thank you for taking the time to read through our retreat terms and conditions. These guidelines are here to support a safe, respectful, aligned, and nourishing experience for everyone involved.
By booking your place on the Release & Transform Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
💫 Retreat Investment & Payments
A 10,000 THB non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat (excluding early bird payments).
The remaining balance can either be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan. Final balances must be paid 8 weeks prior to retreat arrival.
Early Bird pricing is available for a limited number of spaces (5) and/or until the advertised closing date (31/7/26), whichever comes first.
Your booking is only confirmed once your deposit or payment has been received.
💫 Payment Plans
Flexible payment plans are available upon request to help make the retreat more accessible.
By agreeing to a payment plan, you commit to completing all agreed instalments by the final payment due date. Missed payments without communication may result in loss of your retreat space.
If you require support or adjustments to your payment schedule, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.
❌ Guest Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your retreat for any reason, please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible.
As we intentionally keep our retreats intimate and spaces limited, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposits are non-refundable.

If cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to retreat start date, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded minus a 2,000 THB administration fee.

If cancellation occurs between 30 and 14 days prior to retreat start date, 50% of payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to retreat start date, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be given for:

late arrivals
-
early departures
-
unused portions of the retreat
-
missed activities or meals
Out of respect for the group experience and potential waiting lists, we kindly ask all guests to commit fully to the retreat journey.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
🔄 Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Liz & Areena
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, postpone, or significantly alter the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered either:

a full refund of money paid, or
-
the option to transfer payments to a future retreat
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by guests including flights, travel expenses, visas, or accommodation booked outside of the retreat itself.
✈️ Travel, Insurance & Documentation
Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold:

a valid passport
-
appropriate visas
-
travel documentation
-
any recommended health requirements or vaccinations
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

cancellations
-
illness or injury
-
travel disruption
-
personal belongings
-
medical emergencies
🧘♀️ Health & Participation
By participating in this retreat, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to take part in retreat activities including yoga, movement, breathwork, sound healing, water practices, and workshops.
You acknowledge that participation in these activities carries inherent risks and accept full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, choices, and participation throughout the retreat.
Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, mental health considerations, allergies, or accessibility requirements prior to the retreat so we can best support your experience.
Participation in cacao ceremonies and optional mushroom microdosing is entirely voluntary. If you have questions or concerns regarding this aspect of the retreat, please contact Areena directly prior to booking.
📜 Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver
By attending the retreat, you agree to release and discharge Areena Narang, Elizabeth Ward-Sing, all facilitators, collaborators, staff, and venue partners from liability for any injury, loss, damage, illness, delay, or circumstance arising during or related to the retreat experience.
This includes, but is not limited to:

travel disruption
-
weather events
-
natural disasters
-
wildlife encounters
-
illness or injury
-
political unrest
-
personal decisions made during the retreat
Guests participate voluntarily and remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, wellbeing, and belongings throughout the retreat.
We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the wellbeing of the group or facilitators.

Release & Transform is a deeply intentional and sacred experience created with care, love, and devotion.
By joining us, you are entering a space rooted in respect, openness, personal responsibility, compassion, and community.
