I initially wanted to learn Reiki, and that’s how our paths crossed. From the very first moment, I was truly touched by her warm heart, her joyful personality, and her rare ability to listen and understand. Through both hypnosis and Reiki, she has helped me become more aligned and authentic. I completed Reiki Level 1, Level 2, and the Reiki Master with Areena. But she offered me so much more than just attunements - she truly guides you on your journey, and she creates many workshops to help us grow and reconnect with ourselves. I also did a yearly tarot reading with her in November 2024, and I cannot recommend it enough. I first met Areena in Bangkok and immediately had a warm feeling about her.This was my first experience with somatic healing, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most profound experiences in my personal growth and healing.
I also believe that this kind of body-based work is essential alongside traditional talk therapy. I also continued with 8 Zoom sessions and was skeptical at first because of the digital format. After the first session, my skepticism disappeared because healing can also happen in this way. Areena uses various tools into her practice and applies them to fit the needs of her clients. For me, she had a good intuition to feel what is really going inside of me. Through our work together, I was able to explore emotions and sensations I had long suppressed and, most importantly, connect to the feeling of safety within myself.
Over the course of the sessions, I felt noticeable shifts and I am deeply grateful that she guided me through a difficult period in my life. I recommend working with Areena to anyone seeking deep healing and transformation.

I had 8 hypnotherapy sessions with Areena and did a yearly tarot reading with her for 2025.
For the hypnosis sessions we did it via Zoom, so I could be in the comfort and safety of my own home. Distance was not a factor at all if people are curious as to how effective it can be with the distance. She lovingly guided me through all of my sessions with compassion and patience, I never felt forced or pushed to open up to anything and the tools she provided to me for my own self work are truly transformative. She really is a safe space and her knowledge and expertise are incomparable. The yearly tarot reading I got was so spot on and she was able to confirm a lot of my inner knowings and even projects I was thinking of doing but hadn't yet mentioned or talked about.
For anyone wanting to lool at subconscious blockers, I'd highly recommend the hypnosis. It's life transforming and I'm in such a better and more empowered state because of it.

Initially recommended by a friend for tarot readings with Areena and eventually worked with her through 9 sessions of online zoom hypnotherapy, somatic healing and compassionate inquiry work.
Areena was there to guide me through difficult times as I was working through childhood traumas and adjustments aboard. Therapy with her really helped with untangling from situations which were challenging and later I could see a significant positive change in my life. I'm a 39-year-old male, working in a high-pressure corporate job for nearly 20 years. I had been totally closed off to mindfulness and spiritual practices for the whole of my life. I initially contacted Areena after looking to do some inner child work using hypnosis while in Bangkok. Areena is a true gem, she is my life saviour, my guru, she fetched me out of my ancestral trauma, toxic relationship, helped me deal with my emotions, taught me self love, be a better person and mom for my son. I will always be thankful to Areena for my inner cleansing mind and soul and self transformation. Having the right kind of help and fixing the root cause is the real deal. Desperate for help I googled up Healing/Trauma Therapist, found a couple of them but Areena (SoufulHealingJourney) had the most convincing, sincere reviews and something about her that drawn me to her. I contacted her right there and then without hesitation. I thought to myself: ummmm...so many choices, just pick one go with it... first step is always the hardest and here I am “divinely guided” to her. Areena suggested I do Hypnotherapy so I booked for only 1 session just to give it a try but to my surprise she is EXCEPTIONALLY GOOOD I cried and cried and ended up booking lots more sessions with her. Everytimes I go for a session with her I tell myself umm I m doing so much better now and I dont think there is anything else Areena would dig out but to my utter surprise again she pulled out issues that I thought didnt exist.
Its really therapeutic process for inner cleansing and healing. So far its my 8th sessions of combined Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Intuitive Counselling and loving it. Self actualization and healing/inner cleansing is a lifelong process and I m committed to doing this at least once a month to keep me out of dirts and its the best investment you could ever give to your self.
